Resort Policy

Atlantis Park Terms and Conditions

Check-in time is from 15:00hrs and check-out time is at 12:00hrs (noon).

​

The rate indicated in your reservation is per night of accommodation and includes breakfast buffet served in our Platanera restaurant, as well as wifi throughout the hotel.

​

Please note that our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival date, after that time, applies the penalty of payment on 100% of the booked, likewise applies in case of no show (when the passenger does not show).

​

The contracted half-board regimes will be served in our Platanera restaurant from 18:00 to 21:30 hrs from Monday to Sunday.

Our hotel offers the following services:

  • Platanera Restaurant

  • Wellness centre

  • BuganviliaGym

  • Swimming pool

  • Games room

  • Coin-operated washing machine and dryer

  • Bicycle storage area with tool centre.

 

Reception is open from 08:00 to 21:00 hrs from Monday to Sunday.

Rooms do not have kitchen facilities, only family rooms have kitchen, microwave and coffee machine.

​

Digital nomad bookings (more than 28 days) do not include breakfast, the room will be cleaned once a week, sheets and towels will be changed once a week.

​

It is important to note that for security reasons, when checking in at the hotel you must present your identity card or passport of all guests (including children), in case you travel with minors other than your children, you must present the permission granted by the national police.

 

Rules: In order to preserve the rest, privacy and security of our guests, all the hotel facilities are for the exclusive use of the guests who are staying at the hotel. The entry of non-guests will incur an additional cost.

According to current legislation, smoking is not permitted in public areas or in the rooms. In accordance with current legislation, our prices include 7% tax on all hotel services.
